Description: Following the successful Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) crossing of the Suez Canal on October 15th the Israeli 162nd Udga (division) under Major General "Bren" Adan had cut off the Egyptian Third Army on the Sinai side of the Suez Canal. After the signing of the cease fire a tense situation continued along the canal. Early on the IDF allowed supplies to the ferried across the canal to the trapped Egyptian forces; however, in early November the IDF slowly cut off the flow. Soviet threats of action to break the siege became more and more strident as October moved into November. On November 3rd a large escorted Soviet convey moved through the Turkish Straits and that convoy docked in Alexandra, Egypt on the 7th through 11th. Tanks and armored personnel carriers for at least one armored division were seen offloading by American SR-71 Blackbird over flights.*
*
On the 13th armored convoys began to move south to a position west of Suez City. Worse still since the 12th Soviet fighters and fighter bombers we seen landing at Egyptian airfields. The Israeli Cabinet contemplated preemptive action but were warned off any action by the American Secretary of State. Finally, with the possibility of armed conflict with a Soviet relief column Adan's Udga began to dig in for potential heavy action...*

Notes: Can be played as either side, but might be best if played with the human player taking the Soviet side.*
